This summer I’ve been obsessed with two things: the color yellow and the nautical trend. When I first spotted this J. Crew anchor-print dress in the catalog, I immediately knew I had to have it! I headed to the store to try it on and the sales girl told me I should wait, since it would likely go on sale in a few weeks. So I patiently waited and came back a few weeks later and snagged it for a steal! Ok, well as much of a steal as you can get at J. Crew.
What I’m wearing:

Large gold link necklace: Ben-Amun (similar here)

Blue bracelets: Target, c/o Marc Bouwer
Ring: Express Jewelry: Buy 1, Get 1 50% off

I wore this to the Brooklyn Flea a few weekends ago. My first thought was to pair it with yellow and red accessories but a pop of pink (my favorite color) worked just as well. My Ben-Amun link necklace added another nautical touch. The sandals are courtesy of Marchez Vous by Yeardley Smith (aka the voice of ‘Lisa Simpson’!) and I love them. Seriously, these are some of the most comfy shoes I’ve ever owned!
