During the summer I wear nothing but brights, but during the winter I naturally gravitate towards a mostly black (or dark) wardrobe. So I’ve been trying to step out of my comfort zone and step into wearing more bright colors when it’s absolutely dreary outside. On this particular day, it was snowing, miserably. Actually, I think it perked my mood up a bit!
I recently found this orange Rebecca Minkoff dress (ironically, right after stalking this other orange Rebecca Minkoff dress) at Nordstrom Rack. It fit perfectly and I loved the slightly exaggerated full skirt – so ladylike and dramatic. Of course I paired it with black, though. To be honest, I can’t get too far away from that color – ever.
