The Gucci Museum opens to the public today in Florence, Italy, the birthplace of the brand. The museum is housed in a medieval palazzo and will feature all things Gucci, including horse bit loafers, luggage, accessories, red carpet ball gowns and of course, handbags. (Accessories Magazine)
Coming October 26, The Limited will launch online, “eloquii by The Limited” – a new plus-size, full-figured women’s line with designs “in the same spirit” as the The Limited. Eloquii will target professional women, 25 to 34 years old. Sizes will range from 14W to 24W. (WWD, subscription required)
