It’s been a week filled with haute celebrity kids making news. First, Willow Smith rocked the web and airwaves with her leaked video, “Whip My Hair“. Now, Jennifer Lopez‘s adorable twins, Max and Emme, are the new spokestoddlers/models for Gucci‘s new line of children’s wear.
Shot in Malibu by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, one ad features Jennifer sitting between her children while they play in the sand. The second shows the proud mama holding each child while the three of them are decked head-to-toe in Gucci. The trio is so cute, we almost ignored the clothes! The ads display some preppy-style looks with touches of military, as well as the expected Gucci logo print.
The luxury brand announced months ago that it was launching a children’s line in Italy in June. After the Italy launch, Gucci children’s would expand to 40 other stores worldwide. Prices are expected to range from $80 to $1,600.
In celebration of the launch, Gucci donated $1 million to UNICEF’s Schools for Africa. The brand gave $250,000 in Jennifer Lopez’s name, plus another $50,000 to her charity – the Maribel Initiative.
