So I’ve been wearing my Reebok EasyTone sneakers for about a month now and I have to say my legs are looking more fabulous than ever! Of course I can’t give all the credit to the shoe – I have been exercising more – but the EasyTone‘s have certainly played a huge part in helping me do that.
As I mentioned before, the shoe is great for walking and running, cardio as well as every day wear. It’s comfy and designed to tone no matter what activity you’re doing. Reebok incorporated some pretty innovative footwear technology that helps to “tone as you go”. I love that I could get an extra workout just by wearing these shoes and doing my usual activities.
One lucky lady will win a pair of these haute new shoes. Simply leave a comment telling us about your ‘on the go’ workout routine and you’ll be automatically entered to win your own pair of Reebok EasyTone sneakers!

I like to walk a lot instead of driving for stores that are in 1 mile radius…I go up the stairs several times, run from my car to my building with the groceries bags in my hands…I like to pick up 2 gallons of milk and do arm exercises…

I work at a chiropractic office as well as at a retail store. I sell avon and babysit too. I am constantly on the run. I need some good shoes to go walking in since on my lunch breaks my co worker and I walk 2 miles everyday. I would love to have these shoes!

So I recently had my first son and went back to school for a second degree needless to say my extensive every other day workout routine became non-existent about a year and a half ago. I really would like to get back into a routine with much less time involved.

Till 2 months ago, I was overweight and couldn’t even walk 3kms without collapsing. I trained hard, and last week I completed my first ever 7k… yes, i walked 2k and ran 5… but i did it. Now I have started training for a half marathon which I intend to participate in a few months later. I want to get toned up so that I can run and finish the 21k looking great and with dignity and pride… and so that i can go and say ‘IN YOUR FACE’ to a bunch of people who wouldn’t have anything to do with me because I was ‘fat’.

I walk 4 miles every morning with my best friend, rain or shine, snow or ice. We just bundle up and off we go. Having a great pair of sneakers is essential since my feet are pretty sensitive.

My sister gave me the easy tone 2 months ago for my birthday…I go to work with them, i wear them to go grocery shopping and on the weekends. I started running in January with my “running” shoes and decided yesterday to try my easy tones…oh my gosh…i told my husband i thought maybe i was doing something wrong b/c EVERYTHING was achy…legs, calves, even my shins, then I got online and realized achy=sore muscles and easy tone was doing more than I bargained for…I LOVE EASY TONES!!!

Before my wedding 2 years ago, i promised my husband i would not get celulite on my legs since i had none at the time. I did not keep up my promise and even with working out 3-4 times a week, i am having trouble getting rid of it. It is time to keep up my promise to him and hopefully these sneakers will help!

I used to always have time to work out in high school, but now that i’m in college, and close to living in the real world, I don’t have time to go to the gym. I’m always running around from place to place between school, work, and home. I can’t wait to give these shoes a try! Hopefully I can get my mom and sisters to try it too! 🙂

My on-the-go work out isn’t so much “on the go” as it is sitting at the office–I’m sure for many of us, working full time is a huge obstacle to working out and being healthy, and this may sound a little weird, but it could totally fit in anywhere in your day:
This is a little tidbit from all the belly-dancing/yoga/pilates that I do when I could fit them in (which isn’t very often), and it’s great for your abs/core. Just sit in your chair with your spine aligned naturally, no straining. Now extend your entire belly muscle as far out as you could, hold for a couple of seconds, and then contract it back as much as you could. Don’t worry if the flexibility/contraction isn’t there at the beginning, this is fit for all levels; you’ll work up to it. Just repeat that for however many sets you can do, whenever you can sit comfortably (which is almost all the time for me working in an office).
Note: when you are doing this, you are not breathing to “puff” your belly out–the extension and contraction comes completely from your muscles. Just let your breath flow naturally with the movement in your belly. You’ll find that you can breathe deeper too if you keep this up (it inadvertently works on the diaphram and opens up the chest.) If you do reps quickly, it acts as a mini cardio too, you can feel your core temperature rising.
As you get more control with the muscle movement, you can try a “belly roll”. While extending fully, pull in your lower ab first while holding the top out, then progress upward with the contraction (or the other direction; it depends on the person which one feels more natural) Just give this a shot and keep it up, eventually you’ll get to a point where you can roll easily in both directions. And you won’t even notice you are doing it while typing away at your desk.
I feel that after keeping this up, the natural state of my belly becomes contracted without feeling strained. It just feels like my stomach area is held in naturally by my muscle wall without me “sucking it in”. And it definitely takes a lot of stress out of the back and improves the posture.

I deployed to afghanistan a little over 2 months ago(get back in Feb) and have had a really hard time leaving my son and husband at home. For the first couple of weeks I started getting depressed and unfortunetly started losing weight because I wasn’t eating enough. It’s a 15 minute walk to work, but my shop, or the majority still goes to the gym every morning when we get off work, but the gym is always packed and I didn’t want to have to fight for machines so I stopped working out, until our shop made it mandatory to do some form of physical exercise. So, I went on the internet and found a bunch of exercises that I can do in my can, mainly yoga and pilates, any plyometrics/isometrics so I don’t need anything to work out, something that gets my heart rate going and some weird looks from my roomates but I can do in a small space. I started feeling so much better just from working out and I started eating more and getting back to a healthy weight, and feeling better altogether. Now for the big challenge, running in this nasty air!
