For one, I love clothes with messages and as a huge lover of rap and hip-hop, the word is a favorite of mine. (Remember this lyric: “Biggie Smalls is the illest. Add to that the fact that I’ve been seriously wanting one of those ‘Ill’ T-shirts to rep my hometown of Philly, and I thought this top came pretty close.
