So it\u2019s (almost) March. I can\u2019t believe it. Namely because I can\u2019t believe I am actually this pasty and I don\u2019t know if two months is enough time to rectify the albino-ness that is my skin.<\/p>\n

But everywhere I turn it\u2019s cute, short, tight, high waisted skirts. Ones that scream, \u201cYou have to have me!\u201dAnd after seeing this look on Amanda Bynes<\/a>, I know that I need to invest in some quality self tanner so that I too can rock this look without looking like I spent all winter soaking in a vat of White-Out.<\/p>\n

So while I go grab some self tanner<\/a> that won\u2019t make me orange <\/strong>here is this week\u2019s Celebrity Chic on the Cheap:<\/strong> Amanda Bynes is High (Waisted)<\/strong><\/p>\n

So bright, so cute, so perfect for getting your groove on during spring break\u2026or any spring night. Oh, and so<\/em> much cheaper than the Herve Leger<\/a> option that Bynes is rocking. And if you want a darker option (because you can\u2019t wait until the warm weather hits to rock this look):<\/p>\n

You can do just about anything with this look: earrings, necklace, bracelet\u2026 or all of them. I happen to LOOOVE this flower earring; turquoise and pink is a great combo.
