The rich colors of Fall inspire many of my Fall outfits. This year, most of my Fall outfits come straight from shopping my own closet. Because there’s not much need to buy a ton of new clothes given the whole pandemic, stay at home situation, with the exception of style staples. But also, I’ve made it a regular thing to cut back on shopping over the past few years – remember my shopping diet?
These leather shorts are old – I bought them from ASOS years ago – but they are a regular Fall staple in my closet. But one thing I have been buying this year is a bunch of layering pieces, like camisoles and tank tops, and a few cardigans including my favorite piece: this balloon sleeve long cardigan sweater. It comes in multiple colors, and I almost snagged a few because, cute, and cheap ($20 – on sale for $13.99 for Cyber Monday), and comfy. The peanut brown shade pairs well with most of my wardrobe. Much like this wine colored fluffy sweater and shorts.
It also works well with camis, which have become part of my daily uniform, as well as jeans, dresses, yoga pants, and leggings. It works with EVERYTHING. Now that I think about it, I should grab another one before they all sell out. Did I mention it’s only $20 ($13.99 right now)?!
