Finding Fun this February

January came and went like a whirlwind, and I’m not too sad about it because it was quite a month. Due to politics and things in my personal life, last month was pretty crazy and intense. But I deal with tough times by having fun. Yes, life is serious but you have to make the most of it, too. When I’m not working or reading up on the latest, political news, I try to diversify my life with some things I find fun, like hanging out with my friends, doing improv or watching my friends perform it, going to the movies or binge-watching my favorite shows, and doing some crafty stuff/DIYs. I love to wear fun clothes too – I find that how you dress can really uplift your mood. I love the pins and patches trend that has been all over this year – it felt like a throwback to my high school days. I used to embellish my clothes back then, and all these years later, nothing has changed. I picked up a bag of fun, colorful patches and just ironed them on to this denim jacket I found.
