I get a lot of compliments about having great skin, but the truth is I treat my skin (on my face) pretty poorly! I commit pretty much all the skin sins we’re told to avoid: touching my face, picking acne scars, wearing makeup while I work out, going to bed with makeup on. Yikes! After cleansing my face, I let it air dry, then slather on a heaping dose of this Strivectin cream. It looks and feels slightly greasy and oily to the touch, but it goes on smoothly. The formula is lightweight so it goes on in a pretty thin layer, and it doesn’t clog my pores. It’s a nice moisturizer and a great base for makeup application, if you prefer. Also, it doesn’t leave my skin covered in chalky white marks like some other sunscreens do. It leaves my face feeling soft and smooth, plus I love that it’s doing extra work ‘behind the scenes.’ Of course the SPF 30 protects my skin from UV damage. But this moisturizer also reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles by enhancing the natural collagen and elastin in my skin.
