There is a quote I love: “Dress for the job you want, not for the job you have.” (But, if you have a job you love, naturally, you should dress well for that, too!) Dressing the part is always an important part of living the part. Studies have shown that the way you dress affects the way you feel and act, and the way others perceive you. I have to admit, when I wear certain things, I feel more confident, more fierce, more “ready to take on the day” (as my mom always says). For instance, when I wear this coat (I call it my ‘Olivia Pope’ coat), I feel like a B-O-S-S. And naturally, when I rock this ‘Bossy’ clutch, it just adds to the feeling. Don’t forget a sleek dress and power pumps! This look is my ultimate girl boss uniform. BOSS is a ‘B’ word that I never mind being called. 😉
