As my closet seems to grow smaller and smaller, I try to consolidate by buying items that I can wear all year long. This asymmetric striped skirt is one of those pieces that I’ve worn in every season, in both warm and cold weather. For Winter and Spring (when it was cold), I layered it with a long vest and paired it with tights and knee-high boots. Worn this way, it was perfect for wearing to work or some other business casual or slightly dressy occasion. For Fall, I simply rocked it with a faux leather crop top, making it much more of a casual item. I also made it a little more sporty by adding a Yankees snapback, a colorful crossbody bag and striped sandals.
