Transitional Dressing

Fashion confession: I don’t like sleeves. Especially short sleeves. Every now and then I’ll wear a short-sleeved top or dress but I would much rather wear something sleeveless, all year long! I never pack away my tank tops for Fall and Winter – I just layer them under cardis, blazers or jackets. This beaded tank is one that I’ll be transitioning into Fall because:
1) It’s too beautiful to pack away just because the weather’s getting cooler!
2) Paired with this lace skirt and bow pumps (just add a blazer), it makes for a great work outfit.
3) I can throw on my favorite black biker jacket to edge it up for the evening.

Also, can we talk a bit about this lace skirt?! It’s so pretty, with its intricate details. And even though it’s (off) white, I don’t follow fashion rules so I’ll be wearing it (paired with some opaque tights, of course) well into the winter.
