This winter has been HARSH on a sister’s skin! The cold weather quickly turns my soft skin into flaky scales, and it is NOT pretty. So, I keep a slew of long-lasting skincare products on hand.

I have plenty of skin smoothing soaps and body washes and they’re great for moisturizing, but often the scent just fades throughout the day. Well, Caress, one of my go-to skin and body care brands, has solved THAT problem. The new Caress Forever Collection body wash is the first with ‘Fragrance Touch Technology‘. Each body wash has Fragrance Release Pearls that give off bursts of fragrance for up to 12 hours, every time you touch your skin.

The brand sent over the Caress Love Forever and Adore Forever Body Wash for me to try out myself. My first impression was that the packaging was beautiful! Both body washes come in luxurious black bottles that look like they should be sold in the finest of beauty boutiques, but nope – they’re available at your local drugstore. Prices start at only $3.99 – seriously, a luxurious steal!

So after fawning over the bottles, I couldn’t wait to use them so I hopped in the shower after my workout and tried them both. Together. I mean, you can never smell TOO good, right? The body washes are thick (just how I like ’em), and colorful – one is a vibrant purple; the other goes on a bright red. Not only did they soften my dry skin, but the scents definitely lingered…and lingered. When showering, the scents were strong but not overpowering, especially for those who are sensitive to fragrance, like me. I liked them both, but the Adore Forever Body Wash (melting honey, vanilla, amber, angel face rose and musks) was stronger and sweeter than the Love Forever Body Wash (floriental, dark berries and scarlet red rose) so I’ll probably be using that one more frequently.

In summary – put these body washes ‘on’ before you get dressed. They’ll make your day so much sweeter!
