Another successful International Beauty Show in New York (IBS NY) has passed and I had the pleasure of spending two full days at the show. I love the buzz and excitement about the latest beauty trends and products, and shopping for all the great beauty buys I find.

I was invited to be a hair model at Magic Sleek and left the show with gloriously straight, shiny, and healthy hair. If you have curly or frizzy hair that you would like to straighten and enjoy a frizz free summer, this is definitely a procedure you should consider. It lasts 4-6 month and has no harsh chemicals. I will be reviewing the Magic Sleek process more in-depth, so stay tuned for that later this month.

The overwhelming theme at the beauty show was color! Bright, neon, pastel…color is hot for spring and summer. You mix the pastelizer cream into any Manic Panic shade until you achieve your desired color. Manic Panic also showcased a lot of bright eye shadows and trendy make-up at IBS NY.

Everything is going green, and so is hair and skin care. I checked out some natural hair care and skin care brands and I love what I found. I’m going to be trying these new products and will be sharing my results next month.

In all, IBS NY 2104 was a wonderful show that was full of energy, new products, and tons of COLOR!
