Miley Cyrus seems to love being controversial. From the way she dresses, to the way she twerks dances, being naked on a wrecking ball, smoking onstage and sticking her tongue out all the time, it’s clear that she desperately wants attention and will do anything or wear anything to get it.
Miley hit up the 2013 MTV EMAs wearing a controversial and barely-there dress. It featured the faces of the late rappers Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur, on the front and back. The “Please Stop The Violence” graphic dress comes from New York Vintage, and it featured a halter neck, deep V front with lace-up detail, an almost completely bare back and super mini skirt. If that didn’t get your attention, her $3,470 black and white woven over-the-knee Tom Ford boots were sure to! Miley completed her look with gold jewelry by Jennifer Fisher, tattoos and a devious look in here eyes.
What do you think about the dress, boots and Miley’s overall look? Is it haute or not?
