I think I was a “Maxxinista” even before TJ Maxx officially coined the term! I’ve always loved shopping there. In the past it was my place to find some great trendy and classic pieces, for a steal. Some of my favorite past TJ Maxx finds include Christian Dior mirrored sunglasses, a full length dark brown shearling coat, a Katherine Kwei knot clutch and a Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent silk top. I love to hunt for great fashion finds and TJ Maxx has always been my favorite place to do it. So when I received a $250 gift card from the store to shop for my fall fashion ‘Score’, I literally could not wait to go shopping.
I headed to my favorite TJ Maxx store in Connecticut which has a great selection of designer items, and almost immediately found my Fall #Score: a pair of Tory Burch “Stowe” Stretch Leather Pants! I have been on the hunt for the perfect pair of leather pants for the last few months so when I saw these by Tory Burch (one of my favorite designers), and realized that they were in my size, I knew it was fashion fate! I tried them on and they were the perfect fit, with their skinny, stretch-leg silhouette, utility cargo pockets and gold-tone rivets. And the price was great too – they originally retailed for $995; the TJ Maxx price was only $299!

The best fashion find I ever found was at TJ Maxx of course! I found this great pair of black Kenneth Cole Reaction Wedges for only $40 and I wear them all the time! Any time I dress up or even just want to look cute with skinny jeans I throw them on. They’re so cute and comfy that I don’t even own heels!
My best TJ Maxx fashion find was a pair of $100 NYDJ jeans for $29. WIN for me!
I also found a $995 cashmere coat for $299 not a win for me because it was a size too big. I was really bummed and combed the store to see if they had anymore.
My FAVORITE FIND at TJ Maxx (Runway section) was a pair of Current/Elliott boyfriend jeans for $29. Hello, they were normally around $200! They are so flattering, I love wearing them with heels to be dressy cool, and with my camo flats during the day to run errands and rescue kittens. (My husband asks why I buy jeans that have holes in them because he just doesn’t understand. These jeans win the Denim Trifecta: perfect fit, “it” brand, low price!)
My favorite find was at TJ Maxx, a Laura DiMaggio handbag for $179 on clearance (retails for $300!).

Those are gorgeous! I love them with the studded pumps and leopard clutch. What store in CT do you go to? The ones in my area don’t often have the big ticket designer items, but I still find a lot of great smaller ones!
My favorite find of recent days was a $200 Joie silk dress for $25!
My fav TJ Maxx find was definitely a tan BCBG bag that I got for $50, and it retailed for $275! That was over 6 years ago, and I still rave about the find 🙂
Best find was a green breezy hi-lo top for $12, a simliar style that sells at Modcloth or other shops for $40! I’ve waited for them to go on sale, but thank goodness TJMaxx had it!
My favorite brand is Free People and I’m obsessed with comfortable, sexy nighties! I found an adorable black high-low sleep dress with lace trim and an accordion ruffle skirt. The bottom was sheer and the top was a comfortable cotton. The dress was on sale for $7 even though I saw elsewhere on sale for $36. The orginal price was $68 making my score 90% off! Thanks T.J. I love the looks! The shoes are to die for!! I was visiting a relative in Boston and we went to a TJMaxx. I was overwhelmed with all the inventory! My budget is tight, but, I found a Dooney and Bourke wallet for only $49.00. The retail was around $130. I was thrilled 🙂
OMG! I actually found a yellow B. Makowsky handbag which retails for around $200 marked down to only $79.99! Score!! I get so many compliments on this beautiful bag and I love to tell everyone how I found it at my local TJ Maxx store in Hickory, NC! I would never be able to pay full price for such a bag so thank goodness TJ Maxx helps us girls on a budget out!!!
My best find from TJ Maxx was a pair of Juicy Couture sunglasses ($200) for $20!

My biggest score was a closet full of workout clothes from Adidas & Nike. I got 6 pieces (2 hoodies, 1 bra, 2 bottoms, & pair of kicks) for $100 and some change that would normally cost around $400+.

My best fashion find was definitely this flowy white top with black leather color blocking on the shoulders. It retailed for $199 and I snagged it for $34.99 and then with a coupon got it down to under $30. I fell in love with it at first sight and was glad I could add it to my wardrobe. It also helped me get through an interview and hopefully soon secure my new job!
I once found a Chanel vintage tweed jacket while I was thrift shopping and my grandma loves Chanel to death. So, it was such a petite jacket and it fit my grandma perfectly. She almost died. Just kidding but she looked so cute in it. Love Her.

A few weeks ago I found a pair of black suede booties at TJMaxx for under $50 that were originally priced at over $200! Score! I love them and they’re my new fall go-to black shoe.

I consistently find awesome things at TJ Maxx. My favorite is the coach boots I once found. I don’t recall how much I paid for them but it was nothing compared to what they were worth
I’m the ultimate fashion deal hunter, so I’ve had so many great fashion finds! Most of them have been from TJ Maxx, too. Unfortunately, the local TJ’s doesn’t usually have any really high end designer brands, so I scour the thrift stores for those. 🙂
Anyway, my most recent favorite TJ Maxx find was a pair of Kenneth Cole Reaction colorblock platform sandals, brown and green. I had seen these exact same shoes on at least two different fashion blogs, and I was completely in love. Never thought I could afford them, but to my surprise, I found them on clearance at TJ Maxx for $9!!! No joke! They were my size too! I’ve been rocking them with opaque tights and they look awesome, even for fall!
My best find was a perfect black patent leather purse from an antique store, very Breakfast at Tiffanys.
My favorite fashion find was a beautiful pair of bright red pumps at TJ MAXX!
I found a Columbia knee length coat at TJ Maxx several years ago – I had wanted one for a while and found it on sale!
My favorite fashion find was at an estate sale, where I scored a vintage art deco Swarovski cocktail ring for a STEAL. I get complimented on the ring all the time and always feel very special when I wear it.

I found a Tory Burch tunic for $50! I almost had to do a double-take! I also scored a pair of Hunter boots for $75 at TJ Maxx. I also refuse to pay full-price for any sports gear, so I always look for good finds there. I just picked up a great teal leather bag at TJ Maxx at about 1/3 of the original price.
I have been a devoted T.J.Maxx fan for so long, it’s hard for me to think of just one favorite find! T.J.’s is my obsession, my answer to all of life’s pressing questions: ‘Where did you get that?’ ‘Where can I find __?’ ‘What time is it?’ (Time to go to T.J.Maxx…)
If I have an event to go to, I always find accessories and shoes at T.J. Maxx. I found the exact e-reader cover I had seen online for $60, for $15 at T.J.Maxx (many compliments on it, too- ‘I love that e-reader cover! It’s the coolest I’ve ever seen! Where did you get it?’)
And every time, I find those crucial wardrobe builders, the building blocks on which the rest of the details are based. The dusty rose moto jacket I’ve been living in for THREE falls now, was featured in Elle and cost me $30. On a price-per-wear basis, it might be close to free now…
Oh, and gifts! My mother-in-law collects Dooney & Burke bags- I found a pink one for her for under $50. She had tried to find it online unsuccessfully, but like I always say- go look at T.J.Maxx!

I found a sweet pair of Not Your Daughter’s Jeans that fit perfectly! I had a baby girl this past February and they were the first “real” pants I had tried on that didn’t make me want to die. They are amazing!

My best find at TJ Maxx was a Lilly Pulitzer dress that I know usually ran about 175.00 but I found it and grabbed it up at 19.00. It was a few years ago but I was so thrilled with my purchase. I love Lilly and it was a great deal.
My favorite recent find was a Ralph Lauren complete outfit originally 150 and I got it for 15 dollars! It was for my 6 week old son who is just precious 🙂
