I have heard a ton of buzz about B.B. Creams but really was clueless as to what they were. I finally decided it was time I tried one, so I went to my local drugstore and grabbed the Garnier Skin Renew Miracle Skin Perfector B.B. Cream in light/medium.
B.B. Creams, otherwise known as Blemish Balms, are similar to tinted moisturizers and work to combat dullness, dryness, discoloration and blotchiness. The products are very popular in Asia and that popularity has come to the United States as well. B.B. Creams are available from many high-end department store cosmetic brands, as well as affordable drugstore brands. Garnier touts their product as intense moisturizing skin care plus skin perfecting coverage. It also contains SPF, so you have your sun protection built right in as well.
I wasn’t sure that I liked the Garnier B.B. Cream at first. I tend to prefer a matte look to my skin and this cream leaves a very dewy finish. I used it in place of my foundation and after a week of use I actually started to love it! When I finish putting on my makeup, my face looks flawless, dewy but not greasy, hydrated and radiant. I realized that the more you use it, the more you notice the positive results. I even wear it on days that I don’t put on makeup, just to give my skin that gorgeous glow.
You can use Garnier B.B. Cream just as you would a moisturizer, smoothing it onto your face and neck. A little goes a long way, and you will love the way your skin feels with this light-as-air miracle cream.
You can find Garnier Skin Renew Miracle Skin Perfector B.B. Cream for $12.99 at Drugstore.com.
Have you joined the B.B. Cream craze? If so, which BB Cream is your favorite?
