A shopping jaunt to Zara‘s Fifth Avenue store last night made me wonder why I hadn’t been there in so long. The store was full of new, covetable spring pieces and it was hard to maintain shopping self-control! Plus I ran into friend of What’s Haute and Project Runway star, Anthony Williams! The colorblock trend was in full-force at Zara. On the first floor, there were rows of colorful cotton pants, A-line miniskirts, handbags and platform shoes. And of course there was the sophisticated Zara Woman collection. Upstairs there was a more complete collection of Zara goodies – some colorblock items, chunky but light spring cardigans, print dresses, and more rows of shoes, belts, bags and accessories, plus TRF.
