I became a fan of Baby Phat<\/strong> back when I was in college, soon after the brand first launched and honestly really haven’t shopped it in a while. But since then, the brand has grown up quite a bit. Under Kimora Lee Simmons<\/strong>‘ leadership, Baby Phat went from a line of cutesy tees and jeans to a full lifestyle brand, and even upon her exit, the brand continues to grow in a more fashionable direction.<\/p>\n

As a Lucky Alpha Shopper<\/strong>, I recently got the chance to review these new baby phat Paula shoes<\/a>\"\". The Paula shoes are making me give Baby Phat a second look! These shoes<\/a> are right on trend since the seventies-inspired shoe is making a comeback. At first glance, they look like they could be from some of our other fave contemporary brands, like Nine West, Dolce Vita or Steve Madden. I love the slingback clog style, paired with the wooden platforms<\/a> and decorated with gold buckles and studs<\/a>. It’s a versatile shoe that I can wear day and night, everywhere from the office, to an after-work lounge, and even on the weekends, running errands (jeans and a moto jacket) or shopping with friends! I can see wearing these shoes with a boho-style blouse and casual slacks (for the office), with a hot and sexy little black dress (after work), or with jeans<\/a> and a leather jacket (weekend wear).<\/p>\n
