\nDuring New York Fashion Week<\/a>, I was invited to attend the GUESS flagship store opening<\/strong>. As a long time GUESS fan and shopper, I was thrilled to attend and check out the goodies in their new flagship, located at the corner of 47th Street and Fifth Avenue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The store is the largest GUESS<\/strong> flagship in the world, measuring an enormous 13,000 square foot with two stories. When you walk inside, you’re greeted with a 12-foot high LED screen playing videos giving you behind-the-scenes access to fashion shows and ad campaign shoots. The gorgeous and glossy black and white space also\u00a0features custom-designed hand-applied Venetian plaster and silver leaf wall coverings, illuminated translucent red glass with floating shelves, custom-made chandeliers and an elevator draped in black faceted chain mesh. There also is a denim rug made from over 500 vintage jean patches<\/strong>, and a handmade art installation of more than 7,000 denim buttons painted with the GUESS triangle logo<\/strong>.

\nBut enough about the beautiful store! Inside, it’s packed with GUESS<\/a> goods. On the first floor, you’ll find the GUESS women’s collection<\/strong>, with some exclusive pieces only available here. (I spied some adorable swimsuits that I’ll be returning for.) Also, there’s a denim wall, and an elevated runway full of a wide-array of GUESS accessories<\/a>, including watches, the European jewelry collection<\/strong> (which is sold exclusively at the Fifth Avenue flagship location and GUESS Accessories stores), and shoes. The second floor houses the full GUESS men’s collection<\/strong>, plus more women’s and a new dress section.
