Empire<\/strong><\/em> on FOX is dominating the airwaves and now the beauty<\/a> and fashion industries, too!<\/p>\n

Hood by Air<\/strong> is launching a limited-edition collection inspired by the hit show. Full of edgy, black sportswear looks and tongue-in-cheek accessories, the collection features the show’s stars and characters in an expectedly over-the-top way. There’s a “Snitchin” tee featuring Taraji P. Henson<\/strong>‘s face with a STOP sign over her mouth. The “Victory” Robe is embroidered with Cookie Lyon<\/a>‘s famous catchphrase: “I want what’s mine.” Several other tops features the Lyon brothers (played by Bryshere Y. Gray<\/strong> and Jussie Smollett<\/strong>), other cast members (‘Camilla’ portrayed by Naomi Campbell<\/strong> and ‘Becky’ portrayed by Gabourey Sidibe<\/strong>) and the patriarch, Lucious Lyon<\/strong>, in an overexposed way. There’s also a few ‘Jamaican mesh’ (per the description on the Hood By Air website<\/a>) maxi dresses with appliqued quotables, plus several Empire<\/a><\/em> ‘newsprint’ pieces. And to top things off, there’s a particularly fun quilted pillow in backapack form, clutch form and imprinted on a tee. Die hard\u00a0Empire<\/em> fans will have a chuckle over this.
