Fashion confession: I don’t like\u00a0sleeves. Especially short sleeves. Every now and then I’ll wear a short-sleeved top or dress\u00a0but I would much rather wear something sleeveless, all year long! I never pack away my tank tops for Fall and Winter \u2013 I just layer them under cardis, blazers or jackets. This beaded tank is one that I’ll be transitioning into Fall because:
\n1) It’s too beautiful to pack\u00a0away just because the weather\u2019s getting cooler!
\n2) Paired with this lace skirt and bow pumps (just add a blazer), it makes for a great work outfit.
\n3) I can throw on my favorite black biker jacket<\/a> to edge it up for the evening.<\/p>\n

Also, can we talk a bit about this lace skirt?! It’s so pretty, with its intricate details. And even though it’s (off) white, I don’t follow fashion rules so I’ll be wearing it (paired with some opaque tights, of course) well into the winter.
