Miley Cyrus<\/a> seems to love being controversial. From the way she dresses, to the way she twerks<\/del> dances, being naked on a wrecking ball, smoking onstage and sticking her tongue out all the time, it’s clear that she desperately wants attention and will do anything or wear anything to get it.<\/p>\n

Miley<\/strong> hit up the 2013 MTV EMAs wearing a controversial and barely-there dress. It featured the faces of the late rappers Notorious B.I.G.<\/strong> and Tupac Shakur<\/strong>, on the front and back. The “Please Stop The Violence<\/strong>” graphic dress comes from New York Vintage<\/a>, and it featured a halter neck, deep V front with lace-up detail, an almost completely bare back and super mini skirt. If that didn’t get your attention, her $3,470<\/strong> black and white woven over-the-knee Tom Ford boots<\/a> were sure to! Miley completed her look with gold jewelry by Jennifer Fisher<\/strong>, tattoos and a devious look in here eyes.<\/p>\n
