Water is at the heart of so many things that make me relaxed and happy. While washing my face in the morning, I find time to pray and mentally prepare to start my day. A morning cup of tea helps me focus. A cool glass of water after an evening run is so refreshing! Chillin&#8217; in the pool or taking a quick dip in the ocean at the beach on the weekends is super relaxing to me. And a nice, hot shower or bubble bath or hot tub is the perfect way for me to wind down the day. Each of these things helps me feel focused, centered and most important of all, relaxed!
