It was a nice warm evening on October 20th, and I was excited as I made my way into New York City’s Equinox Spa on Second Avenue. I’m sure I’m not the only one who indulged myself Tuesday nights by watching the Real Housewives of New York. It was a fun season with a great group of ladies!
