Will we soon be able to buy Celine Luggage Totes at Target? The retailer just announced it’s going high end through a new design partnership platform called ‘The Shops at Target’. The program will run in six week flights with the first group of shops including The Candy Store, Cos Bar (a cosmetics shop), Polka Dog Bakery (dog accessories), Privet House (home goods) and The Webster (a Miami store selling Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Celine, and other luxury brands).
