On Tuesday night I attended the NBC “Fashion Star” party at the H&M flagship store on 51st Street and Fifth Avenues. According to Women’s Wear Daily, Nicole Richie is set to launch her new contemporary women’s clothing line called Winter Kate, taking after her daughter Harlow’s two middle names.
