My style: Sheer + Stingray (Topshop drape front blouse + Hudson Jeans Nico Foil coated denim)
Last month I visited the Hudson Jeans showroom to see their Spring/Summer styles and preview their Fall collection. I love Hudson denim because it fits and flatters my curves, plus they’ve got a great mix of trendy and classic styles. I was gifted a pair of these Hudson Jeans Nico Foil Stingray Printed Mid Rise Skinny Jeans in Belize, (available at Bloomingdale’s and Saks Fifth Avenue) from the current collection. These jeans are the perfect shade of pink/lavender (they appear darker in my photos but you can see the true color here) and are coated just a touch with the foil stingray...

Anna Dello Russo’s ‘over-the-top accessories collection’ for H&M includes gilded gold & turquoise clutches, strappy sandals and animal bangles
When we first heard that Anna Dello Russo would be designing an ‘over-the-top accessories collection‘ for H&M, we immediately thought, “Well, this is absolutely worth lining up for. Just tell us when and where and we’ll be there, credit cards ready!” The past few H&M collaborations have had us salivating but unfortunately we missed out on Marni, skipped Versace and only snagged a few accessories from Lanvin. But this one is a can’t-miss, won’t-miss (using our Diddy voice). Anna Dello Russo is known for her over-the-top style and personality, so...

Nicole Richie and John Varvatos host “Fashion Star” party at H&M flagship
On Tuesday night I attended the NBC “Fashion Star” party at the H&M flagship store on 51st Street and Fifth Avenues. The 3-story store was packed to the brim with celebrities, editors, bloggers and socialites, plus the designers from “Fashion Star“, buyer Nicole Christie and two of the show’s celebrity mentors, Nicole Richie and John Varvatos. We got our groove on to the sounds of DJ Mia Moretti who made it feel like a party, playing throwback hits from the 90′s.
One side of the store was sectioned off with mannequins dressed in the winning “Fashion...

Get her haute look: Kim Kardashian in NYC wearing H&M, Celine and Christian Louboutin
Further fueling the relationship rumors, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were spotted out on several ‘dates’ this weekend in NYC. While out for ice cream, the pair wore leather – Kanye in all black including a leather trench, leather pants and a black tee paired with white/cement grey Air Jordan sneakers. Kim wore a casual-yet-glam, hi-low look of a grey sweatshirt with shoulder detail, from H&M, paired with leather leggings, a gold cuff, a Celine taupe leather ‘Luggage Phantom’ square tote and Christian Louboutin Unbout Illusion pumps.

My style: Stylin’ with the Citizen Eco-Drive Silhouette Crystal Bangle watch – perfect for Valentine’s Day gifts!
With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I’m coming across tons of products to give and get. The fine folks at Citizen sent over this beautiful Ladies’ Citizen Eco-Drive Silhouette Crystal Bangle watch and if I didn’t already have one (thanks, Citizen), I’d definitely ask for it as a Valentine’s Day gift.
I love that it’s delicate and pretty and very lightweight. With all the arm candy I like to pile on my left arm, it’s nice to have a small, chic timepiece on my right. It features crystals in the bezel that adds a glam factor, but is still perfectly...

My style: Pops of pink (J. Crew striped popover blouse + Hudson jeans + Celine Leather Luggage Tote in neon pink)
I try to avoid impulse shopping by going into a store already knowing what I want/need to buy, or waiting a few days to decide if I truly want/need it. And when I can’t stop obsessing over something in my head, it becomes a must-have. Such was the case with this striped J. Crew shirt and this neon/fluoro/hot pink Celine Leather Luggage Tote. I first saw the bag online on Savannah Brinson (Lebron’s fiancee). I own an olive green/black version of the bag and love it, and pink is my favorite color so naturally I had to have it, and finally managed to track one down. The color is several...

My style: Going for the gold (Yellow cardigan + Zara metallic jeans + Cleobella ‘Kaya’ Bucket bag + Charles David suede platform pumps)
There are those fashion essentials you need, and there are those you simply want. And there are those that fit into both categories. I never in my life thought I’d need or want metallic gold jeans, yet they appeared on Zara.com a few months ago and suddenly I both wanted and needed them badly.
Once they arrived, I wondered, “What does one wear with gold jeans?”
Well, here’s the answer:
What I wore: Sunglasses: Versace (gifted) (get a similar pair here), Yellow cardigan/sweater: Unknown (gifted) (buy a similar version here), Long-sleeved tee: H&M, Link necklace: Ben-Amun...

Chanel’s Metiers d’Arts fashion show was set up to resemble an Indian-themed dinner party, complete with banquet tables, chandeliers, floral arrangements, candlesticks and a large feast. Oh, there was a runway too. (Daily Mail)

My Style: Birds & Sparkles (Zara top & crystal platforms + Missoni for Target skirt)
My accessory addiction knows no bounds, so no matter what store I’m in, I hit up the accessories section first. On a recent shopping trip to Zara I spied these crystal-studded platform slingbacks (that the photos do NO justice – they’re so much more beautiful in person) and I just had to have them. Of course there was only one pair left in my size so that was my sign! There was no way I was sleeping on these babies – they were coming home with me. And I also grabbed this multicolored bird print tee. Paired it with a pleated black maxi skirt and a leather biker jacket for...

Marni for H&M to debut next March!

If you didn’t get enough of Versace’s dizzying prints, then get ready for another print-tastic Italian fashion brand, Marni! Designed by founder Consuelo Castiglioni, Marni is known for its retro-style, colorful prints, chunky wood platform shoes, funky jewelry and that iconic Balloon bag.

My Style: Early Thanksgiving (H&M top + ASOS skirt + kate spade bag + Charles David platform pumps)
I spent the weekend before last with my family, in-laws and family friends celebrating Thanksgiving – two weeks early! Typically my Thanksgiving look is all about comfort but since this was a special occasion with guests aside from my family, I dressed up – just a bit. This Aztec-patterned Skater Skirt is from ASOS, and I paired it with a denim shirt from H&M (though I have my eye on this one from ASOS). I also got to take out my newly purchased kate spade bow bridge kennedy bag. It is one of the most perfect handbags I own – the shape, size, structured body, tan color and...

Know before you go: how to shop ‘The Very Best of Versace for H&M’
“The Very Best of Versace for H&M” launches tomorrow in the UK and this Saturday, Nov. 19 here in the U.S. Are you excited? You should be! But gauging by recent designer collaboration launches (the sellouts; the fallouts), you’d best be prepared going into this sale. The good news is that H&M is controlling the amount of pieces each customer can go home with (so no more watching shoppers ahead of you leave with 20 bags of stuff to sell on eBay). The bad news is, if you don’t get there early, you may not get one of those lucky shopping bracelets. Here are the complete...

My Style: Orange Pop (Hawke & Co. trench + UK Style by French Connection top + J. Crew pants)
Gloomy days call for a pop of color, don’tcha think?
In college, I used to be that girl that would always wear all black. Not sure what I had against color, since my high school wardrobe was PRETTY COLORFUL. Thank goodness there are few photos. But throughout college, I donned all black, pretty much all the time. Black is still the color I fall back on but I see myself opening up to more and more brightly colored pieces. Depending on your figure, bright pants can sometimes be a scary thing but I found these flame-colored J. Crew Minnie stretch twill pants to be very figure-flattering. On...

My Style: Brights and Whites (Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent top + James Jeans)
I have a favorite, secret TJ Maxx store that has THE BEST designer stuff. I’m talking Pucci wallets, Katherine Kwei knot clutch bags, Prada pumps and Fendi bags. These are the just some of the things I’ve bought/seen there. And this Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent batwing-style tunic top. It was between this and an Elizabeth and James blazer (still kicking myself I didn’t get both) – obviously this one won. I looooove this top. It’s so comfy, flattering, and perfect. Paired with white James Jeans I got from ideeli, the top is so bright it almost makes the white...
