Rihanna was spotted at the launch of her Rihanna for River Island collection wearing two looks from the line: a white Crop Top and Dark Wash Rihanna Double Top Straight Jeans. The collection includes similar tomboyish looks, like slouchy tees, varsity jackets, cutoff shorts, lug-sole boots, bra tops and trucker hats. The looks are very throwback 90′s-style – it all reminds me of the clothes Aaliyah and TLC wore in their music videos and on stage. The fashion line is basic but has major appeal, especially because it all looks like what Rihanna would wear, or has worn. And a lot of it has sold out already, but River Island is likely to restock.
