Rihanna opened her ‘Loud’ tour in a very ‘loud’ fashion. Taking the stage in Toronto, she sang the album’s first single, “Only Girl (In the World)“, dressed in some colorful, eye-popping looks. Wearing little more than a metallic blue mini trench coat, she accessorized with her curly red hair, neon yellow hoop earrings and custom patent leather, day-glo, colorblock ankle boots by Max Kibardin. Rihanna’s tour stylist, Mel Ottenberg, previously reached out to the designer for the shoes to add a ‘punk rock vibe’. Rihanna‘s look was said to be inspired by a throwback Versace ad featuring supermodel Cindy Crawford, in which she is wearing a vinyl trenchcoat. The ‘Loud’ singer later removed the trench to perform in a tiny multicolored jeweled bikini.
