Is there really a need for couture candy? Mel B. hopes so. The Spice Girls singer recently launched her signature series of couture lollipops - Sugar Factory. Kim Kardashian and The Pussycat Dolls are fans. The Couture Lollipop combines a variety of flavored pops with crystal-covered custom handles in tons of color combos. Are they cute? Yes. Couture? That’s yet to be determined. But they do make great gifts. Snap a few up for Valentine’s Day!
